Go for a hike or Go for a swim Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Judique Flyer: Keeping a container here has proven tiresome. Not sure why or who is removing them, but I've lost more containers here then all my other locations combiened. Time to let this spot go.

Geocache Description:

Baxter's Cove Harbour, and a nice big parking area on the TransCanada Trail, Yes I know there's a rock ing the container, please leave it in there for weight, the winds here keep blowing containers away if they have no weight.

Perfect place to park while you hike the trail, and a decent enough little beach to take a dip to cool off when you're done.  This is where the locals used to "go to the beach" before every 16 year old had a car at their disposal.  It's not real big, but it has sand, gets decently warm in the summer, and not many people use it.  We used to have our swimming lessons here in the summer, so we spent a lot of time here.  You might even see some Bald Eagles here, or the consolation prize, Seagulls.
