Geocache Description:

The Captain's Pet 'as been restored...albiet in a more northerly and lubber friendly place...but there still be reef crawlin' to do, and tydes to be'ware of! An be warned...Th' rocks can get slippery ou' thar, so lead wi' yer best peg first!

AAARGH...
March 13, 2003....Captain's Log...
Now tha' my good maytes be'n thar an' restored 'er to 'er former glory, th' cache should be fyne fer th' season...same playce as before...no need to update th' co-ords. A note 'bout th' slippery rocks...me maytes say they truly be slippery right now...take care.

Tha Captain and hillustrious crew 'ave struck again!
Not bein' ones to let a lit'l salty brine pickle us (the rum does that well enou')...we've honoured by unpopular demands...Reefer Madness with...REVENGE OF Reefer Madness!!!
Yep, indeedy we've founds a spot what lubbers and the more hel'egant folks wiv wat'rcrarfts can share...some o' the time.

TERRAIN WARNING...Once again, 'tis a cache what requires ye ta be carin' fer yer youngins, as there is many aplace nearby...including in the 'mmediate vicinity... with drops enough to kill, and 'tis a fair way from 'ospital! The 'ike in is fine fer youngins, and there be a beaut'ful lagoon th't looks like a dip may be in ord'r, if'n ya keeps yer eye on 'em, an' yer 'and when near the edges.

Also, the Cap'n rec'mends sensible footware, as much o' the beach is made up o' large sharp rocks...them's'd be the same rocks you'd be fallin' 'pon if'n ye went off the edge!

O' course they be other 'itches hinvolved, too, for the lubberfolks what dare.

Firstly 'n greatestly...you'll be needin' to consult yer friendly neighbour'ood tide chart, seein' th't a tide o'er 10 feet will surely lead ta wet feet, 'n likely other parts, too, if'n ye don't find the right crossin' spot. Hassumin' ye gets there, ye best be doin' it on a fallin' tide...ye might not wants to make it t' the reef, if'n ye can't get back.... Secondly, the cache, tho' wi'in 20 meters of haccessable water, is once again o'er a killin'meter as the crow flies for the lubbers, (now all's ya need is that ruddy crow again).... The closest parkin' is located on street near 49 16.341 by 124 07.199 where you'll find a RDN signpost markin' the trail; there be one other access you could use (wivout riskin' powder burns), which adds another 500 or so meters each way.

The Cache is fairly well 'idden, and we 'opes will take sum figurin'.

She's a 20X20X10 cms plarstic haretight box, inside a black garbage bag.

The contents on 'iding were:

-Logbook 'n Pen
-A Scratch and lose lotto ticket, werth up ta $10,500 Bigguns
-Plush DHL Airplane toy
-A Canada 'acky sack from bcrockcrawlers fine cache on sugarloaf, Rat 1 would'n' b'lieve me when I says he's 'eadn' o'rboard...Wet Rat, nice item fer th' cache
-In 'onour o' the pirates' scourge based nearby...an 'flatable Submarine swim ring (we knows ya always wanned to 'unt fer Red October)... (may wanna Christen 'er in the lagoon, while yer 'ere)
-Velcro Straps
-A capt'ns notebook fer ya
-A wilderness golf ball found on th' way into Li'l Mountain
-A Pirates o' th' cari been there necklace
-A 'andy dandy 'and pump, (could use to inflate that there submarine cas'n ya don't 'ave as much 'ot hair as the Cap'n)
-A ghecko super bounce ball
-A pack o' tissues what's fer treatin' barnacle damage
-A Car shade window decal (wouldna fit the blarsted port'oles)
-One of the Cap'n's fine dubloons: #012, in fact
-An' o' course, the custom'ry party cutlass

Don't think 'll be giv'n any 'ints on this'n. If'n ye 'as any trubbles the Cap'n'll be 'vailable by hemail, and the hike is werth doin' twice!

Keep yer sails 'igh, and move swiftly.
