I placed this geocache at EskoClimber's request since Duluth was hit with a blizzard on February 28, 2012 and he was only able to get three caches on Leap Day 2012 as a result. This series is close enough to his home so that he can, and I quote, "Find some caches on the 29th even if I have to crawl on my hands and knees."
