A beautiful stretch of beach, plenty of parking, lots of trails for hiking or horseback riding. The cache is a plastic container painted to match the surroundings.
This beautiful park area is one of my favorite spots. Stand on any sand dune and the view is beautiful to the west, and shows acres and acres of wooded trails to the east. The cache is a short hike from the parking lot, but be prepared to crawl through a little underbrush to get the treasure.
The coordinates will place you on the top of a sand dune (or close to it). This is your vantage point, take a moment to look west and enjoy the view. I suggest early evening to provide a wonderfull sunset. After you relax and enjoy the view, turn around and look about 090 degrees magnetic. About 120 feet from you is one tree that stands out from the others.
