This cache was hidden, submitted for review, and published on 29 Feb 2016.

In this great hobby of ours there are a few challenages requiring the cacher to find
a cache that was HIDDEN, not found, on everyday of the year.
I'm pretty sure there are not many around falling on Leap Day...so here is one for those
of you trying to 'fill that block'.

It is not meant to be hard and should be a fairly quick grab for most of you.
