Regular size cache, replacement for a nearby micro that disappeared. Placed on Leap Day (Feb. 29) in preparation for the 2016 Mid-Winter Geocaching Get-Together.
A much more scenic spot than the Speculator Loop cache it replaces, but not necessarily as easy to find. Bring your camera.
You can park very close in the summer, but suggested winter parking is the plowed lot at the former Speculator Loop location. It's only as minute or so walk on the old road.
