Many years ago, friends and I played mini-golf, pool, arcade and pinball games here. There was even a restaurant that served slices of pizza and nachos. Apparently, it's never been used since it closed or none of the following tenants bothered to remove the old signs.

At the time this cache was hidden, a chain of grocery stores was running a Monopoly promotion. We enjoyed playing this kind of game when a certain fast-food chain ran similar promotions over the years. The FTF prize is a winning Monopoly game piece which can be redeemed for two more game pieces at a nearby participating grocery store.
