It's been a few years since I did the Couch to 5k, but it helped me really develop a love of running. I finally hit that 5k mark (3.1 miles), and eventually 10k, 15k, and then a half marathon. After falling off that wagon for a while, I'm back at it. Every time I run, I think about placing a series along my favorite routes. Makes for easy maintenance! Anyway, I'm finally doing it.
