Das Pitztal ist ein etwa 40 km langes, südliches Seitental des Inntals, das bei Imst abzweigt. Es liegt im Bezirk Imst des Bundeslandes Tirol in Österreich. Das Tal wird von der Pitze (auch Pitzbach genannt) durchflossen. (Quelle: Wikipedia.de)
Der Cache
Auf dieser kleinen Runde könnt ihr im Winter eure Schneeschuhe ausführen und eine wunderschöne Wanderung durch die tiefverschneite Winterlandschaft unternehmen. Sie führt euch zuerst entlang des Taschachbach bis zum (im Winter vereisten) Wasserfall und dann durch einen dichten Nadelwald zurück zum Parkplatz. Für die ganze Runde solltet ihr ungefähr eine Stunde einplanen.

The cache
This little Geotrail is perfect for using your snowshoes in winter! Go on a hike along the Taschachbach and through the deep snowy forest. It will take you to an icy waterfall (only in winter) and back to the starting point through a dense fir forest. Have fun and enjoy nature!
