School House Pond Trail – Park and Grab Traditional Cache

This cache is located near the eastern edge of Burlingame State Park in the  is bordered by Kings Factory Rd. and Shumunkanuc Hill Rd. on the east and Buckeye Brook Rd. on the North.  There are several small parking areas on each of those roads.

This is one of five geocaches which will lead the cachers down the Blue Blaze hiking trail though a forested area between Kings Factory Road and the Vin Gormley Trail (Yellow Blazes). Going east the trail will lead you to the Schoolhouse Pond Preserve.  There is road side parking on the west side of Kings Factory Rd.  This cache is set up to be family friendly. This is an active hunting area in season.  200 sq. in. of orange is required during hunting season. (500 sq. in. for deer shotgun season)
