A series of caches placed around Langholm
A walk of approx 6 miles, taking a couple of hours to complete. Series of caches taking you on a gentle walk round the Langholm Area. These have been numbered to take you round the walk, there are a couple of other caches which others have placed near the route if you wish a small detour to find. This route takes in many of the routes used during the Muckle Toon Adventure Festival (www.mtaf.co.uk), a sportive event run by local people annually in June..... . Park at the Kilngreen, number one is at the bandstand. From MTAF 6 head up towards the Becks Wood and follow the path of Woodland Walk 1. MTAF 7 is a large geo tub with plenty room for swaps and TBs. . From here walk over the beck , over the wooden bridge and up the hill to the road
