Geocache Description:

Ohio Geocaching and NEOGeo will be hosting a CITO event in conjunction with the 2016 CITO Week. Join us on Saturday April 23, 2016 from 11am-12pm at the County Home Cemetery and earn your 2016 CITO souvenir!

Cito imageWhen? 11:00 am – 12:00 pm. Currently, the plan is to meet at the posted coordinates. Please arrive promptly, so we can get organized and maximize the work time. When you RSVP, please note how many will be participating, so we can anticipate supplies needed.

Work project? Picking up litter, pulling weeds. Working to make the cemetery a bit nicer.

Souvenir? Yes! Everyone who logs an “Attended” for this CITO Event will receive the 2016 CITO souvenir on their Geocaching.com profile.

What to wear and bring? Wear clothing suitable for doing yard work. Remember you will be outside, so plan for the weather. Bring tools if you have them (small hand trowels or garden tools, kneeling pads, etc.) Dress to get dirty! Raingear and layers depending on weather. Bring work gloves if you have them. Ohio Geocaching will provide bags and some tools.

Food? Bring something to eat and drink - you'll be hungry and thirsty afterward!

This cemetery is maintained by the township, but only for the purposes of mowing. Our goal is to spend a bit of time and make the cemetery a bit prettier than we found it, and make the entire place more presentable.
