This is a journey up Rattlesnake creek on an old access road which starts at a popular trailhead. It is an easy bike ride, or a longish (about 28 miles r.t.) day hike. It is a dead end for bikes at the wilderness boundary, but hikers can continue on into the lakes area for an overnight hike. There is an altitude gain of approximately 1600 feet, ending up a mile high.
The cache is in a plastic container with a white lid. The original contents are:

The cache is not camoflaged, but is well hidden.
