Go With The Flow Traditional Cache

BYOP. Located in between a few business complexes so there are quite a few muggles around during the daytime - would benefit you to be fairly lowkey (though I don't really believe anyone would  be too bothered by visitors since there are typically random people out and about anyways.)  Not the hardest cache out there if you're good at picking up on some contextual clues, but it's definitely not gonna be a park and grab experience. Plenty of parking around the area no matter which side you come at it from, and once you get out, it should be fairly obvious which direction you should be heading.
