This cache is part of the Virginia State Parks 80th Anniversary Adventure. Each state park has a unique cache for this series.
This cache is in a clear lock-n-lock container and will contain a logbook, pencil and unique collector's card. There are small prizes for finding 5, 10, 20, and ALL of the caches. This cache is located under the larger set of stairs between the lake and the Boathouse which is behind the Concession Stand. There is a paved walkway all the way from the parking area to the deck overlooking the water at the top of the stairs. A paved sidewalk can also be taken down past the T-dock to get to the bottom of the stairs where the cache is hidden.
