De Breedendam is de naam van het statige huis achter je en dateert oorspronkelijk uit 1864, maar is in de jaren '70 afgebrand. Alleen de vloedschuur ernaast is toen bespaard gebleven. Hierin werd vroeger het vee (maar ook inwoners uit het dorp en al hun kostbaarheden) opgevangen in tijden van hoog water. Ze begroeven die kostbaarheden vaak voor het geval ze het niet zouden overleven. Dit is dus een echte plek voor een cache! De boom achter je is trouwens even oud als de vloedschuur!!! De Breedendam ist der Name des Herrenhaus hinter sich und wurde ursprünglich im Jahre 1864 gebaut, aber in den 70er Jahren verbrannt. Nur die Flut Scheune nebenan hat das Feuer überliebt. Es war früher wo Rinder (aber auch Leute aus dem Dorf und all ihre Wertsachen) in Zeiten von Hochwasser gesammelt werden. Sie begruben die Wertsachen oft im Fall sie das nicht überleben wurden.
