Doggy needs to do the do. Many folks use this area specifically for that purpose. It even comes with a handy Doggy Doo Baggie Dispenser and Trash Can. That does not mean that folks cleanup after their pet properly. Watch your step when searching for this geocache, or the car ride home may be a bit fragrant. Simple Park and Grab in a residential setting. No houses directly by cache, but be respectful and drive careful as this is a residential area. Cache is to small for swag or pen, so BYOP.
