Unfortunately I couldn't get a cache any closer then this location to McKeathan Stadium where the Gators play ball. Campus police advised geocaching was perfectly fine on campus as long as the caches are placed where normal foot travel and pedestrian travel us allowed. Your looking for a small metal key chain type pill container.
In honor of America's pastime, and the 2016 season about to start, I have placed 30 caches throughout Alachua County, one for each Major League Baseball team. Each cache is labeled with a team and numbered. The number represents "MY" ranking of that specific team for this upcoming MLB season. I have also placed these caches near baseball fields to give this hunt more of an authentic feel. I tried stocking each cache with baseball related goodies but some didn't have room. My favorite team may or may not have much better SWAG then the other 29 and may or may not have a 5 dollar bill for TFTF. I'll give everyone a hint, I did not rank my favorite team #1. I ranked my team where they deserve to be. The 30 fields I used are either open to the general public or have received verbal permission to Geocache on the property. Do you think you have what it takes to find all 30 teams first? Feel free to let everyone know which is your favorite team when logging the find.
