Park and Grab on Siegner Hill in Spooner, home to Lioness Park, which has playground equipment and picnic tables. The Spooner Memorial Library is one block east of the park. The ornate house on the top of Siegner Hill was built in the early 1900s by George Siegner, who at the time was known as "the wealthiest man in Washburn County". Back in the day the street on the hill was closed in the winter for sledding. In October it has been the site of the Jack O'Lantern Festival pumpkin roll, sponsored by the Spooner Fire District Auxiliary.
Original cache...disappeared. First replacement cache...disappeared. Second replacement cache...disappeared. Moving the cache to a new location about 80 feet from the original spot. Hopefully this new location will improve survivability. Or maybe not.
If you have trouble finding this one, just sit down and rest for a bit. If sitting there and pondering doesn't help locate the cache, try a different sitting location.
