I enjoy finding (and placing) caches that require a little exercise. In this case it could be walking, jogging, biking, rollerblading, etc. This geocache is hidden at the end of an arm of the Bay Trail. This "arm" follows the Belmont Slough and ends at an observation area where you can stop and take in the views. Beyond the public viewing platform is a locked gate and fence that are there are there to protect the wetlands restoration area beyond. Across the water (and at low tide, mud) is Foster City.
