THE CHAPEL OF FISHES
When the pope Leone IX was guest of monastery of Passignano, Giovanni Gualberto sent two friars to take two pikes from the spring of Camugnana. The two objected that no fishes had never been in that spring, but Giovanni ordered to go. When they arrived at the spring, two pikes were swimming inside. Sinse that, that water was considered miraculous and on 1510, sir Jacopo Mindra from Bibbiena built on it a chapel for gratitude for the recovery from a bad desease.
LA CAPPELLA DEI PESCI
Essendo ospite del monastero di Passignano il papa Leone IX, Giovanni Gualberto mandò due conversi a prender due lucci dalla fonte di Camugnana. I due obbiettarono che in quella fonte non c'erano mai stati pesci, ma Giovanni fu irremovibile. I due, quando arrivarono, trovarono davvero i due lucci e da allora quell'acqua fu considerata miracolosa tanto che nel 1510 tal Don Jacopo Mindra da Bibbiena vi fece costruitre sopra una cappella come ex voto per la guarigione da una brutta malattia.
