Nice and easy. You may have to get up close and personal with the ground, but it can be reached without doing so.
This is a part of a project on my Art and Design course at college. The title of the project is 'mapping', so I decided to make something a bit different. 
Be mindful of cyclists, joggers and other muggles! The cache is contained in a large army surplus bag. Please make sure to close everything properly before returning the cache!
