- Bring plenty of water. You will be crossing State Trust Land so you will need to have a Arizona State Land Recreation Permit in you possession.
- At least a high clearance 2WD vehicle or 4WD is recommended for this series. 2WD can get you out to the area, but 4WD may be necessary to get around on all the roads. Hiking in is always an option. Please use good judgement to avoid getting stuck out there!
- Watch out for Jumping Cholla!
- As always watch out for the desert critters, plants, etc
- Tweezers and pen will be necessary for this series. Nothing too difficult here, or clever. Series is designed to encourage travel through the desert only.
- This is southern Arizona so be aware of things that stick, sting, bite and strike.
- Practice Cache In, Trash Out! Leave no trace of your journey behind! Leave the desert as you found it! Most of all, now go forth and have fun.
