Picture Frame Arch is on the backside of a monolith rock, which also supports another, Balcony Arch, on it's frontside, which visitors are most likely to see first. Balcony is up high, but Picture Frame can be climbed up into, and looking back out it frames the scenery beyond, hence the name. Cache container (medium sized and full of swag) is down at the bottom near access road, so climbing up into the arch is not neccessary. Enjoy!!!
