Easy walk and grab from the paved bike/walk path. The cache is nothing special. Watch out for trains and muggles clouding the air with cigarette smoke. Congrats to Warnock3d for the FTF. Perhaps best to use the hint until I get a better device out there to check the coords.
Note: BYOP, carefully open the container/baggie, sign the log, completely seal baggie with log inside, tightly close container and replace cache out of plain view to same location in description/hint.
