Quick traditional cache, may be some thorns present so please use caution

This cache is placed near a sign that was constructed years ago when the ITC shopping center was first built. Since then,this sign appears to be abandoned and not taken care of. It no longer even lights up. Not sure why but I thought it would be a cool place to hide a cache ! Enjoy
