Geocache Description:

When I first thought of this series, I thought it would  be easy.  Just make a list of my favorite children's books and find a place to hide a cache.  I didn't realize I had so many favorites.  I narrowed the list down.  Still too many so I decided to feature picture books.  Most of the books in this series are favorites that I've read to children when I worked in the library at an elementary school.

THE CACHE IS NOT AT POSTED COORDINATES. (But you may park there.)

TUESDAY written and illustrated by David Wiesner

  Tuesday evening, around eight, lily pads with frogs on them, rise into the air.  The frogs cruise from their swamp and ride into nearby neighborhoods where they encounter things that are very much different from their swamp!

  There aren't many words in this book and I always liked the children that I showed it to, to tell me the story!  Enjoy the book and the marvelous illustrations, make sure you take a look at the expressions on the faces of the frogs!

What happens next Tuesday at 7:58 P.M.?

A =  3....Cats fly

        4....Pigs fly

        5....Horse flies

        6....Cows fly

What were the frogs doing while the lady was sleeping?

B =  7....cooking a snack

        8....reading a book

        9....watching tv

        0....playing the piano
