This little gem is located in my home away from home. Located at a busy intersection of a mined product that is not generally mined in West Virginia.
It is 4 ft off the ground for some and 7 ft off the ground for others. It is a homemade container. Watch for mugglers, and again caution while caching. It has nothing to do with "getting stoned."
