Mara Triangle is western part of Masai Mara National Reserve in Kenya. We placed several geocaches within Mara Triangle (with permission from the management of the park, Mara Conservancy) in various places inside the park where guests are allowed to get off their vehicle. (http://maratriangle.org).
Eluai is a public campsite. If there are campers, ask them if it is ok to come look for geocache first. From Serena Lodge, turn right into small forest after first road on the right. Find a hippo trail in the campsite, follow the path to the direction which hippo travels during evening hours. Look for geocache at the point where another hippo trail meets the original one. Always look around for wild animals and NEVER look for geocache at night. **Bring your own pen.
