Mara Triangle is western part of Masai Mara National Reserve in Kenya. We placed several geocaches within Mara Triangle (with permission from the management of the park, Mara Conservancy) in various places inside the park where guests are allowed to get off their vehicle. (http://maratriangle.org).
Maji Ya Ndege camp is a private campsite. If there are campers, ask them if it is ok to come look for geocache first. From Oloololo gate, turn left into the lower Mara River road and look for signboard for the campsite. Once you are at the campsite, look for the largest fig tree. Always look around for wild animals and NEVER look for geocache at night. **Bring your own pen.
