Geocache Description:

Come and be part of the Earth Day Celebration by coming out to The Park at Flat Rock and picking up trash in the park. You will also receive a free Geocaching Souvenir.

Spring is here! Along with the budding flowers and warm rains comes an urge to clean. For some that means going through the garage and tidying up. or doing a thorough wash of all the house windows, but if you are a geocacher, it means going to a Cache In Trash Out (CITO) event. And what better place to hold a CITO event than at the newest park in Henderson county.

So grab your gloves and trash picker because it's time to make the park spotless. The Village of Flat Rock will provide the garbage bags.

WHEN: Saturday 9 AM to 11 AM April 23, 2016

WHERE: The Park at Flat Rock

WHO: Everyone is welcome and there are 10 caches for you to find in the park WHILE you are collecting trash.
