#19 Whiteparish Womble Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Professor Xavier: This series was disabled 5 months ago 'in preparation' for archiving. As such it doesn't show up on the app and is less easy for cachers to find.

As it still remains disabled and the CO has stated their intention is still to archive it I am archiving it now. The CO can collect the caches when they're ready to do so.

Geocache Description:

Welcome to the Whiteparish Womble, a series of 40 caches.  The trail is approx 12Km and crosses woodland and farmland with some great views on the higher elevations particularly between Dean Hill and Pepperbox Hill.  There are a number of stiles to cross, and a couple of inclines but nothing overly arduous.  The terrain rating reflects the series as a whole.

Please observe the Countryside Code and stick to the footpaths, all of the cache containers have been hidden close to the rights of way and there is no need to deviate into the fields or woods by more than a few feet.

This is a powertrail and as such most of the caches are micros although we have tried to include a variety of containers.  All the caches are meant to be found, although a couple may need a bit more of an indepth search.  Please bring a pen.

Please replace all containers as found and make sure that the lids are on securely.  Please ensure the person following you experiences the same enjoyment by rehiding it in the same place.

We would kindly ask that you refrain from using stickers/stamps on the log sheets. It is sufficient to sign/initial on one line.  A larger log book has been placed in Whiteparish Womble #32 which can be used for your stickers and stamps.  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation with this.

When logging your finds we would be more than happy and encourage you to post a full and detailed log, including any photographs at Whiteparish Womble #01 or #40 and subsequent logs to be a simple cut and paste referring to your main log.  Needs Maintenance logs should be posted at the appropriate cache page.

Please bear in mind that there may be livestock in some of the fields and that due to seasonal changes along the trail there will be particularly wet and muddy areas underfoot in the winter and areas a riot of stingers and briars at other times of the year.

We hope you enjoy finding this series as much as we enjoyed placing it.

Happy caching.

Team Flynnie & The Happy Panda
