This series of 6 caches is placed over 1.5 kilometres of forestry land. The series starts in the village of Bryn where we are based. It's a hilly walk, but not too difficult for geokids that may be helping. The views at the top are spectacular and it's well worth a visit just for this reason. The cache is placed in woodland managed by Natural Resources Wales (formerly Forestry Commission Wales) with their permission. See the agreement in the UK Geocaching Policies Wiki.
This is the first in a series of 6 caches placed by our family (the Kemps) along a favourite walk in our home village of Bryn. There is parking close to the start of the walk, then it goes through forestry with beautiful views along the way. A lovely walk with or without children and not too difficult. There are some steep drops to be aware of if there are young geokids helping. This first cache is placed not too far from the parking spot. Medium sized clear container with several swapables for geokids.
