Ray's Way Traditional Cache

This cache points out an interesting sign/plaque

I was walking up this street while my car was being serviced and spotted this sign on a horse trail. There's a story here, but I was unable to find what it was. Anyone know?

Cache is a camo'd glucose test strip tube, log only (so bring a pen/pencil). No need to trample any vegetation or climb the wall

There's some COSCA open space nearby that might be a good spot to hide a cache or two
