Grindrod's Community Park is a lovely family friendly park. The park has a little beach at the Shuswap river, picknick area, playground and a large ball park field. A walking trail goes all around the field. The park is also home for Grindrod's Community Hall. We thought the place needed a couple of geocaches. With highway 97A going through town, the park will be a nice stop for travellers for a (geocache) break. Also the nearby Elementary School will have another opportunity to do some outdoor learning by getting involved with geocaching.
This cache will be an easy find. Please remove the cache carefully from its camouflaged housing and return as found.
