Date Night Traditional Geocache

"Date Night"

 Date Night  Two geocachers madly in love - where would they go for a date night?  How about to the lovely Ganaraska Forest ?  to hunt for treasures in the woods ?  

We drove in on this unassumed road, however (if you want to avoid scratching the paint on your vehicle), you might chose to park at the Ganaraska Forest Parking Lot on the corner of Porter and Sandaraska, and hike east to this cache. The geocache is winter friendly and is on the north side of the road/trail. While we were placing it, two dirt bikes went buzzing by, and we saw horse prints in the sand. We tried mountain biking in here, but the trails are made of sand, so it's like bicycling on a beach. My best advice is to take a nice hike by foot, and breathe deeply of the clean forest air and drink in the peace and tranquility..... or bring your ATV.
