A cache overlooking Tipysford brook. Just off one of many trails in the Saltwells Nature Reserve.
Saltwells Nature Reserve is one of the largest in Dudley Borough. It has a variety of habitats from meadows, ponds, woods and heathland. A simple map of the reserve can be download from the website, follow the link above. This cache is one of several I have set up in the reserve to take you to some nice places within it. Ths cache is just off the path which was once an old railway line but is now part of the Sculpture trail. It is a short walk from the Car Park on Coppice Lane, nearby is the Saltwell's Inn. The cache is a small sized snap lock box big enough for small swaps and trackables. It is located left (East) of a large hollow tree that looks a little like a castle.The reserve is popular and care will be needed to not attract the muggles attention. Enjoy a walk in the woods and have fun. Placed with permission of the reserve wardens.
