Did you know that if you Google "anagram" the search result will return 'Did you mean: "nag a ram"?' It's one of the reasons why I love Google. I mean, the developers gotta have fun too, right?
Anyway, an anagram is a word or phrase whose letters can be rearranged into another word or phrase. You've probably seen some anagrams from your elementary school homework where you had to unscramble an arbitrary set of letters to form a logical word. But in this exercise, we'll take it a bit further. Take, for instance, these superb examples that are products of pure ingenuity:

These anagrams are brilliant because they are capable of yielding a result whose description matches the original phrase's definition because it is relevant by humorous or evidential nature. Any anagram can pass as an anagram as long as it contains dictionary-approved words. For instance, CLINT EASTWOOD can be TIN WOOD CLEATS; however, this anagram is mediocre at best because the two phrases don't relate. But, when the two phrases have a common relationship: CLINT EASTWOOD and OLD WEST ACTION, it makes the anagram more dimensional and meaningful. Without further ado, here is my attempt to recreate--for your amusement--the wordplaying-fun of anagrams--geocaching style.
Hint 1: "SAME TOWN TESTER" _ _ _ / _ _ _ _ _ _ / _ _ _ _ _ (3 letters / 6 letters / 5 letters)

It's best that you complete the puzzle in the order of the hints. Hint 2 will be the hardest but I believe in you. Reference Google Maps for Hint 2, but not until after your "OH!" epiphany. For some this will be a breeze but others not so much, but I am always here to help.
