Besides Seizai being the name of a Port Alberni road, I have no idea of its history. But here are some random factoids which I'm sure have no direct association. Seizai: in numerology the life path number for 6; a Japanese boy's name. Dai: one of the 56 recognized ethnic minorities of China; a Welsh masculine name; traditional midwife in India.
This cache is located about half a kilometer up Seizai Road of which the second 2/3 is gravel. The road is wide enough so parking off to the side shouldn't be a problem. A little further up the road is a short trail to the left cutting through to the Anderson Rd. parking lot which is also the trailhead to the Alberni Inlet Trail. The cache is large enough to hold fair sized items, so come and trade some swag if you wish. BYOP in case it goes missing.
