This is a short hike near Fred's Pond in Sloan Park. Please stick around after finding cache to enjoy the covered bridge down past pond and the many different trees that have been donated to this area of the park, and to relax in the Gazebo for a spell.
*Access available only during park hours. June, July, August: 9am to 9pm, September and May: 9am-8pm, October and April: 9am-7pm, Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb. : 9am-5pm
When you enter park follow signs to Mt.Ulla Lions Shelter. Park near front of restrooms and locate Fred's Pond Habitat trail. Cache is a ammo can filled with goodies for the kiddos not far off the path going to the pond. Please dress accordingly for their is poison oak/ivy. Please use stealth if muggles are at picnic shelter, or fishing at the pond. Everyone please remember CITO and help keep our parks clean for all to enjoy.
