Geocache Description:

This cache marks the original settlement that later became neponset. It was named Brawby after the town in the UK that the settlers came from. Brawby was established in the mid 1800's and after the railroad came in and set up a depot in 1866 it was then named Neponset. Neponset is the name of a river that opens up into Massachusettes Bay. This is where the settlers landed when they first arrived in America.

This cache was placed by my daughter as a statement of saying this is her home. Her father kept her from me and my family for almost 2 years. It is a playdoh container in almost plain site at the rock of brawby. Has a log and some of her trinkets from school while she was away from me.
