In order to solve the mystery and find this cache, you need to gather the values for Q,R,Y,Z from the other caches in the Schools of Pargas series. The final coordinates can be calculated from the given bogus coordinates, as follows:
N = N-Y+Q+360
E = E-Z+6*R+70
