Nie wiemy, kiedy kapliczka została wykonana ani przez kogo. Ze wspomnień wnuczki J.P. Dziekońskiego Mari Kołodziejskiej z domu Kunickiej (1907-1984) wiemy, że stała tutaj w roku 1920 podczas jej odwiedzin u dziadka.
Oto co napisała o tym w swoich wspomnieniach:
„Ogród owocowy, kawałek plaży nad Świdrem oraz zakrzewiony i zadrzewiony kawałek ziemi za domkiem Jana, gdzie rosły młode sosenki, kilka jarzębin, między którymi stała śliczna figura Matki Boskiej. Wszystko to na szczerym piachu, niedaleko Józefowa, gdzie była stacja kolejowa, od której brnęło się w tym piachu po kostki aż do czerwonego ceglanego muru, ograniczającego od tej strony posesję.”
Tyle wiem o figurce no i że działka na której stoii została sprzedana przez Marię Kołodziejską podczas okupacji 1939-1945.

We do not know when the chapel was made or by whom. With memories of the granddaughter of J. P. Dziekońskis (Maria Kołodziejska home Kunicka 1907-1984), we know that the statue was here in 1920 during her visit with his grandfather. Thats what she wrote in her memories:
"The garden of fruit, a piece of beach at Świder and wooded piece of land behind the cottage of John, where grew young pines, some rowan trees, between which stayed a lovely statue of Our Lady. All this in the middle of the sand, near Jósefów, where there was a railway station, from which we went, in the sand up to the ankle, all the way to the red brick wall, the boundary of the property. "
That’s what I know about it and that this part of the estate where the statue stands on was sold by Maria Kołodziejska during the occupation 1939 - 1945.
