Originally an athletics field house, Petrie Hall has served many a purpose during its tenure on Auburn University's campus. One of the most important, however, is continuing to function as Auburn's only nuclear fallout shelter. Auburn students say that after the Alabama Airborne Aggravation of 1898, the shelter and its protection are to thank for our sustained levels of scholarly performance that are above and beyond other institutions within our fine state. So, in order to find this cache, you must prove to the late George Petrie that you do in fact believe in Auburn, and love it.
