A small cache in a new park.
Vargas Plateau Regional Park, the newest of the 66 Regional parks in the EBRPD, opened the first week in May 2016. Before opening day I had placed 4 caches in the park planning on them going live the first weekend. The first one was placed in a great spot but I gave up that spot to allow the Passport Cache to be placed there. The second was muggled by the cows in the park. They actually smashed it flat. I'll have to rethink that hide. This is the third. Please access the park from I-680 and Vargas Road. Morrison Canyon Road is very narrow and you may find barriers placed on the road. Parking is very limited. If the lot is full please return later. No parking on either Morrison Cyn or Vargas Roads.
