A very quiet, secluded and peaceful spot that is just off the beaten track. It looks like this used to be a quarry but it is easy and safe to access. A perfect place for a picnic as there is lots of protection from the wind. The geocache is at the very bottom and is well hidden. Please replace carefully otherwise the geocache would be visible to muggles.
This geocache is placed at the very bottom of an old (safe) quarry hidden behind a bed of moss and a stone. I love this place and it is only 5 minutes from the car park. Great for walking the dog and close to Tavistock golf club. The views here are amazing.
