The date: 4 June, 2016
Time: 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM
The Event Schedule will go as follows:
11:00 am - Attendees should arrive and locate the coordinates for the event
(Optional, but encouraged: Show up with an Opened Umbrella, rain or shine)
11:15 am - Sign the log and take a group photo with those who attended
11:30 am - Everyone disperses from the event to either have lunch, go Geocaching, or any other activity you might like to do
On the day of your Event:
- Get there early
- Act like a muggle before the event starts
- Enjoy the fun spirit of the WWFM
- At the end of the event, leave without a trace
- Plan to meet up with other geocachers later to spend a fun day caching!
Two lucky attendees will win one of these trackable geocoins in a free drawing at the event.
The statue is "Bird Millman", who was a world famous high wire artist from Cañon City.
We will also be honoring m4fun's grandmother, Anna, who lived out her last 20 years or so a few blocks south of the event. She will be with us in Spirit. We will also have with us Annie Goodwin, in the flesh!
