This is a letterbox cache - you must follow the directions to the cache.

Park at the starting coordinates, look for an opening in the trees; go in; watch on left for a narrow path between the spruce; walk down the path and watch on left for a fence post. Search bottom are of fence post for the cache.
The owner of the property is a town Councillor and he is totally fine with the cache on the edge of his property (but I believe it is on town property). Be sure to give the locals a wave if you see them watching you, they will know what you're up to.
