License to Cache Traditional Cache

We all know these businesses over here where to be able to legally drive in the state of Kentucky you have to go and wait in line for hours to get a picture taken on the day that you just so happened to look your worst. Well fret not! There is no wait to obtain your license for this cache! (unless someone else is looking at the same time.)

But lucky for you i drew the geocaching symbol on top of the lid with a very large sky blue paint marker, lets hope it stays through the weather.
