Letterboxes are fun, but what about them makes it a letterbox hybrid? We get the place to start, we get the textual directions which lead us to the prize, but what about the hybrid portion? Well this cache emphasizes the hybrid portion. This is an augmented reality letterbox hybrid cache. This is a letterbox-hybrid. Please stamp your stamp in the log book and use our "stamp" to stamp yours. You have the option of taking a receipt upon finding this cache. Take the White copy, leave the Yellow.

Welcome to my eighth video game cache. Recently we had an early dinner the other day with some caching friends. They told us, "you're not cachers, you don't cache anymore." True. We've been a little busy recently with Lil' Tugboat. We've managed to hit up a few caches here and there, and attend a few events, but our days of 200+ in a day have been, well...extinct. Besides, I was always the hider in the family, Lost was the one who normally went out finding. So that got me thinking, it's time I place another hide. It has been way too long (over a year). So I figured, why not make a new video game cache. I love them, its great stress relief for me, and you can snag a smilie for it. Sounds like a win-win situation. So, with that, I give you GC6J779 - Letter Boxing - a hybrid video game. This is my first usage of real-life places in the digital world. If it works successfully, I just might continue my augmented game idea and produce a game that is truly augmented reality.

I hope you enjoy the game. It is cheesy, I know, but it has been over two years since my last video game and I'm slightly rusty.

Happy Caching & Speedy Delivery,

Stage Five: Directions to the final -

  1. Begin at the posted coords.
  2. Follow the same directions you received during the game to Stage 5.
  3. Park as close to the sign seen in the game as you can.
  4. Exit your vehicle and go to the middle of the parking lot.
  5. Put your back to the bus stop sign.
  6. Walk approximately 200 feet to the giant green monster.
  7. Turn right and walk another 75 feet.
  8. You should see a big smelly object here.
  9. Turn left and walk about 175 feet.
  10. Look for a very tall, lonely tree. Your prize is nearby.
please be stealthy in your search and careful with the oxygen generators, aka, plants. This is a high muggle zone. I'd recommend finding this one after 6pm for more privacy
